Terms of Service

Draft: these terms are being finalized and may change before MemKings opens for orders.

These terms cover your use of memkings.com, purchases from the MemKings Shop, and MemKings Club memberships. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

MemKings Club memberships

• Automatic renewal. Memberships are billed monthly to your card at the tier price shown when you join, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from My Collection → Manage membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep that month’s box if it hasn’t shipped yet.
• Mystery items. Each month’s item is chosen by MemKings. Items vary in athlete, sport, and type. We never send a member the same athlete twice. Item value varies by tier and month.
• Changing tiers. Upgrades and downgrades apply from the next billing month.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, your membership is paused and boxes are held until it’s paid.

Discounts, codes, and store credit

• One discount per purchase. Promo codes marked for first purchases are checked against your email.
• Store credit (for example, from referrals) can be used in the MemKings Shop, has no cash value, and can’t be transferred.
• Referral credit is issued after the referred friend’s first Club payment succeeds. Referring yourself doesn’t count.

Shop orders

Prices are in US dollars. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Most items are one of a kind; if an item sells before your payment completes, we’ll refund you in full.

Accounts

Keep your login private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Limits

MemKings isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to membership billing will be emailed to members before they take effect.
