Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We ship within the United States.
• Shop orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Club boxes ship each month after billing.
• Every order ships protected in MemKings packaging, with tracking emailed when it leaves.

Returns

• Shop items: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, with its certificate and packaging.
• Club boxes: mystery items can’t be returned or exchanged, except under our authenticity guarantee or if damaged in shipping.

Damaged in shipping

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we’ll make it right.
