Privacy Policy

Draft: these terms are being finalized and may change before MemKings opens for orders.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone, and shipping address when you buy, join the Club, or sign up for emails.
• Your order and membership history, including the items you’ve received.
• Basic visit counts and which promo card or referral link brought you to the site.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. MemKings never sees or stores your full card number.

How we use it

To fulfill orders and memberships, show your collection, prevent duplicate athletes in your boxes, send order and shipping emails, credit referrals, and, if you opted in, send news about drops and signings.

Sharing

We share only what’s needed to run the business: Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for delivery, and our email and hosting providers. We don’t sell your information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime with the link in any email, or email us to see, correct, or delete your information (we keep order records the law requires).
